The family suite here had extremely comfortable beds, and the pool was heated; the location is fantastic, right next to all the attractions downtown.

We loved the peaceful surroundings - although we - and our gps - had some difficulty in finding the place, once there, it was just perfect for us. Lovely pool area in garden setting with snow capped mountain backdrop and very comfortable beds in our 2 bedroom accommodation. We rode the aerial chair with it's revolving floor, up to over 8 thousand feet. An experience not to be missed. A great place to relax. Would recommend.

Only one small bathroom which although perfect for us, might not be so good for 4 people.

Outstandingly accommodating people working here, well-maintained and nice little place. Good-sized and newly decorated room with king sized bed. Climate control, multi-channel television, and a microwave in the room. Excellent, awesome location in the residential area.

Tucked away in the hills just outside of down-town Palm Springs, clean and bright, yet retro; the place has that old Palm Springs feel.

Some weekenders blasting loud music and 'owning' the entire pool area for an entire Saturday.

The room was spacious with kitchen, and we slept very well.

It was very low key, quiet, and easy to enter and exit. Check in was a breeze.

The place needs to spruce up. The tile floors need stripping and cleaning.

The room had marvelous views of the hills and was equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, a dining area, and a seating area, which was great. The location close to downtown was awesome.

They only replaced the towels, no room cleaning, no ice machine. The front office is not open in the evening. The smell of Chlorine is overwhelming. The rooms have no sound shield, neighbors noisy at night, front office is closed, no one to complain to.

Tuscany Manor is a well-maintained hotel located in a great residential neighborhood. The hotel is conveniently close to downtown, Old Palm Springs, and various attractions and restaurants. My stay there was a wonderful experience.

The room was very big, located directly in front of the pool. The sensation is to be in a very familiar place.

The furniture looked quite old. There was no coffee or tea in the room, nor other drinks.

It was a very relaxed place to stay. We had a two bedroom suite, which was perfect for two couples. We had access to the bbq, our accomodations came with everything we needed to cook our own meal. It was very quiet and relaxing. Renovations were under way, but it was not an issue at all. It was a pleasant place to stay with beautifully kept grounds, clean and heated pool, and the mountains in the background made the view superb. We all loved our stay.
